Yoga for Kids is a fun way for children to develop important skills in a non-competitive environment. Even at a young age, children often feel pressure at school academically and socially. There is no judgment in a yoga class. Yoga nurtures a child’s inner strength and self-acceptance. AMAZING ME: A yoga book proudly written in the Philippines

Certified registered yoga teacher, graphic artist and illustrator, Nica Hechanova, made a book for little yogis, yoginis, yoga mammas and daddas, yoga teachers and to all those that love yoga. Based on the Yoga Sun Salutation sequence, ‘Amazing Me’, is a yoga book created to teach children (and the children at heart) how to transform their bodies into the various yoga poses in a creative and fun way through her rich illustrations and imaginative descriptions.

Inside the book, one can learn how to transform one’s body into different elements found in nature. Each pose can be done by itself and one can benefit a lot from each pose. If he/she chooses to flow through all the poses, one’s body will warm up and through time, will become stronger and healthier.
